When you submit an enquiry or subscribe to insights, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business email, company, phone number, region and message, and the page from which you submitted the form.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, send insights you asked for, provide information about our services, and keep records of our communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping, and are protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or unsubscribe from insights, by emailing reachus@kentechit.com. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which forms are submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

AI assistant

The Kentech AI Concierge on this website is an AI chat assistant. What you type is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies, and is kept in our records for up to 12 months to answer your enquiry and improve our service. It is not used to train AI models. The assistant only passes your contact details to our team when you agree. Please do not share passwords, financial details or other sensitive information in the chat.
